Ordering
What size should I buy?
So you're not quite sure which size is right for you. You can reference your previous eyeglass or sunglass sizes to give you an idea. We feel its best to be fit and measured, in person, by a professional at one of our outfitters. We know this isn't always possible so please contact us if you have further questions.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too!
Prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses: While we wish could, once an order is placed it starts production we are unable to alter or cancel it after checkout. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Contact lenses: Orders move into shipment immediately after checkout. We will then verify your prescription to ensure your safety.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to contact us to resolve your concerns.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. UPS, FedEx and USPS.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
No. At this time we are currently shipping within the Continental United States. Shipping costs will apply to some orders and will be added at checkout.
